| | Why do you still watch Sailor Moon? | | I just finished the Sailor Moon S series last night, and I realized something. I don't know why others watch Sailor Moon, but I still watch it at 26 years of age because I still need that "Light of Hope" sometimes. I think that time and again we all need that feeling that good will always win out over evil. We also need that feeling of eternal friendship. I almost came to tears when Sailors Uranus and Neptune died, Neptune wanting to feel the touch of her lover one last time. There are so many touching moments in Sailor Moon, once you get past the girly-ness and the incessant transformations. But that is just what does it for me. For those adults out there who can't let our favorite moon princess go, tell me. Why do you still watch Sailor Moon? | |
